I have been using 123ehost for 5years without a single problem. The Premiere Plan has not changed price but has added many new C-panel accessories. The only time that it has been down was for maintanence and the notified me that it would be. Good support.

I've been hosting my site for 5 years with the basic plan, the price has never increased, however they have added several new services since then. For $50 a year with phone support, I think it's a bargain. They are always prompt to support tickets.

I host my web site through 123 ehost and it has been good until recently. I have noticed on several occassions my email and site as well as 123ehost site has been down.. this concerns me greatly.
